We offer group exercise classes to the community of Tallahassee through our Health and Wellness Ministry at Thomasville Road Baptist Chruch.
We believe that fitness is so much more than just taking care of the physical body we are given. Fitness also includes nourishing and strengthening our spiritual soul as well. Our passion is to encourage people through group exercise to become physically and spiritually strong so that they are fit to live life fully and make a radical impact for Christ in the world around us.
