Redemption Hill Church is located in North East Tallahassee. We meet on Sundays at 10:00 a.m. at 8116 Killearn Plaza Circle
Our church name arrives from the pinnacle of God’s redemptive story. Romans 5:8 tells us “…God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us” (ESV). He demonstrated this love and sweeping grace to all people on a hill outside Jerusalem. We desire to be a faith family that shares and live lives demonstrating the redemption found in Jesus through loving God and loving our community. Our church strives to present Jesus Christ and live in such a way in our community that the unbelieving people want to know God or at the very least know more about him.
Our Mission at RHC is to glorify God by seeing lost souls saved and lives changed. We strongly hold to Jesus’ words often referred to as the Great Commission.
“19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
Matthew 28:19-20
When you come to RHC we hope you find us as a loving and welcoming family. Our Sunday morning worship services are held at Deer Lake Middle School and begin at 10:00am. There’s no special dress code for our services. We just want you to come ready to worship God. We are blessed to have Pastor Ryan Whitfield lead our worship. Although not bound to a “style” of music we embrace a present-day worship style. Pastor Chad Clement preaches in an expository format meaning we study a book of the Bible verse by verse. We will begin the book of John in November.
