Ridgecrest Elementary is located in a stable, educationally oriented family community.
Ridgecrest serves approximately 650 students in grades kindergarten through six. The school is on a traditional calendar and houses three special programs: ABS Cluster, Chinese Dual Language Immersion, and SALTA.
A strong PTA and core of volunteers support student learning each day. Parents and members of the community are encouraged to come to school. There are many opportunities to help.
The building is air-conditioned. There is a beautiful central library with an atrium maintained by students with flowers and shrubs. The interior is updated and classrooms are enclosed.
Visitors are invited to come to Ridgecrest to see for themselves how the faculty students, parents, and community contribute to the school’s success.
