Hello Everyone! I hope you are having a wonderful day! I just wanted to take this opportunity to share Ridgeland Group Homes Mission Statement with all of you. Our mission is to advance the dignity of individuals with disabilities by enabling the individual to be as independent as possible. We will do this through the provision of supports and services including Residential Habilitation, Residential Habilitation with a behavior focus, and Respite while complying with all regulations: CMS Financial Accountability, IBudget Handbook, and Record Reviews. We will provide the opportunity for choice through education of activities for daily life in the community. We will stay involved in the community, advocate for ours consumers, and encourage self-advocacy. We will stay involved in the community, advocate for our consumers, and encourage self-advocacy.

We are thankful for our founder Mrs. Carol Josephs. She is a great person, with the kindest heart. She tries her best to make everything possible for these adults and children, and she also tries her best so that they can feel just like everyone else in their communities. Her company is growing and getting closer and closer to perfection!

We have a great purpose in this company, and we have wonderful staff who help us out every day and night! Without the staff, Ridgeland Group Homes would not be able to do all that we do now. We have great clients who progress and learn every single day. Ridgeland Group Homes tries to go above the call of duty every single chance we get!
