Ripon College Ducks Unlimited

Ducks Unlimited is the world's leader in wetlands and waterfowl conservation.

We can all agree that North America's wetlands are important ecosystems. From providing valuable habitat for all sorts of animals to aiding in carbon sequestration and cleansing water, the benefits of wetlands are undeniable.

Yet there is reason to worry.

North America has lost over half of its original wetland habitat and continues to lose over 109,000 acres of wetlands a year. It's time for someone to step up and stop the degradation of this important ecosystem.

Here at the Ripon College Chapter of Ducks Unlimited, we are that someone. Dedicated to preserving and improving our wetlands--not just for ducks--but for all forms of life that depend on these important ecosystems, we are trying to raise awareness and funds to help save our wetlands.

Join us and help promote this idea of conservation and stewardship. We'll keep you up-to-date on all of our projects and events. It’s time to help our dwindling wetlands; we can use all the help we can get.
