Vision Statement
Rival Sports has a vision to build a sports organization where we are recognized as a unifying and innovative force that creates a positive and nurturing, but challenging learning environment that emphasizes fun, skill development, teamwork and instills a life-ling passion for their sport they love. We want to inspire our players to realize their potential, to learn respect for themselves and others to develop a mindset of personal responsibility and self-discipline in order to prepare them to face life’s challenges – both on and off the field.

Mission Statement
Rival’s mission is to provide the opportunity for sports training and play for all interested participants designed to develop individual skills, promote fitness, teamwork and sportsmanship, to support the physical, mental and emotional development of our youth players and to sponsor, foster and perpetuate the growth of athletes in our surrounding communities.
We do this work by developing educationally meaningful programs for players, parents and coaches that are challenging but are easy to access and understand, providing consistently superior coaching, training facilities and equipment and supporting well conceived and organized events.

Rival is committed to:
• Providing positive role model coaches and staff who lead and inspire.
• Maintaining a competitive sports program with an emphasis on continually advancing teams to reach their potential.
• Developing passionate players into respectful and responsible young adults.
• Preparing players for playing beyond club (Collegiate, ODP, Professional).
• Utilizing sports as the basis for community outreach programs.
• Developing and maintaining a world-class athletic facility to assist us in accomplishing our Vision and Mission.
