The Y is for Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility.
The new branch is a 8,000-square foot facility and located at 12 Water Street in Rockland which was formally occupied by Amalfi’s Restaurant. Services will include a state of art fitness center, indoor and outdoor exercise studios and a childcare center to serve families with infants through preschoolers. The new Y promises to be a center for community life and a shining example of the diversity of the Rockland Harbor landscape.
Deeply rooted in community, the Rockland Harbor YMCA is made up of people of all ages, faiths and abilities, all working side-by-side to ensure that everyone, regardless of gender, race, income or background, has the opportunity to live life to its fullest.
