Workouts: Our workouts include core, resistance, cardio, and plyometrics, and our general fitness philosophy that teaches you to work WITH your body to achieve individualized maximum results. We do not use machines – just your own body to tone and sculpt.
Nutrition: Our menus include five nutritious meals a day that are not complicated or hard to assemble. The menus include foods that your entire household can eat, so you are not dealing with the stigma of being on a “diet.” Examples of a meal include our PROTEIN Pizza, Turkey BLT, Loaded Omelets, Insanity Nut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches, just to name a few.

MOST of us don't have time for 2-3 hour gym session and a special order cook and personal shopper to be sure that we are putting the right things in our body. We have put together some Killer meals plans and ideas that the "average joe" can manage and still see FAST results!
As far as the work out goes, our game plan is to do an INTENSE.... 45 to 1 Hour work out with interval cardio bursts paired with core and muscle toning to maximize fat burning. We focus on your core strength and move on from there. Most clients won't use anything but their own body weight to obtain amazing results.
Our main priority is seeking after what is going to make YOU reach your goals and set up a plan that you can accomplish on your own.
