ABOUT US

Roots Property and Construction Management was found in 2013. We are located in Greenport and serve the East End. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry we have been involved in all aspects of home repair, maintenance and building including experience in landscaping. We draw upon knowledge gained through our involvement in over 500 projects that range from new construction to renovations from site development to continuous maintenance. We know what it takes to build and develop and we certainly know what it takes to maintain. Our owner and manager Ashlee Reiniger has been on the North Fork for over 15 years and has a vast network of contractors and expert service provider to draw upon for all of your service needs. Our management knows what it takes to lead successful projects and manage the key players for any project.


PRINCIPLE MANAGER AND OWNER: ASHLEE REINIGER

Ashlee lives in Greenport with his young family. Since the age of 16 Ashlee has been involved in the construction industry and has experienced incredible success. He has lead the operations teams for several estates, land management and preservation organizations and has built multi-million dollar contracting firms. With a penchant for detail and reliability not characteristic of the industry he approaches each project as if it were his own. His work has taken him throughout the US from Alaska to Vermont into Connecticut, Florida and always back home to New York.
