Roselle Office of Service and Engagement (R.O.S.E.) strive to empower citizens through community engagement, promote municipal beautification projects and supports Roselle Public Schools.

R.O.S.E. partners with nonprofit organizations and agencies to provide compelling volunteer opportunities and to effectively utilize the talents of people who serve. R.O.S.E. offers resources, and networking opportunities that equip agencies to engage volunteers in meaningful service.
