Rosemead College of English (RCE) is an English language school located in Southern California. It was established in 1992 and has two campuses; one in Rosemead, and one in Torrance. Both campuses have been approved by the INS to issue SEVIS I-20.

RCE is committed to providing instruction in English as a Second Language so that students may pursue their language acquisition for personal development, or so that students may prepare for admission and successful study in a U.S. college or university. This preparation includes the TOEFL exam preparation course.

It is also RCE's mission to serve international professionals who to increase their English proficiency for career advancement, Therefore, RCE offers two additional test preparation courses for the TOEIC and NCLEX exams. TOIEC preparation classes are designed for students who intend to prepare nurses, who were trained overseas so that they may acquire the English medical terminology necessary to continue their nursing careers in the United States.
柔似密学院( Rosemead College of English，简称RCE )位于气候宜人的南加州洛杉矶。创校于1992年的柔似密学院，专精于ESL学习英语为第二外国语言的训练课程教学，以及各式高品质英语课程、专业证证课程及大学准备课程。到目前为止，已经有超过10000名来自亚洲、欧洲及其他非英国系国家的学生，在接受我们密集式的英语言训练之后，都进入各地名校、研究所就读。

柔似密学院的英文课程，摒除刻板的教学模式，以活泼的教学方式，让学生在无压力的环境之下提升英文能力。另外，学校安排了丰富的校外活动，如到迪士尼乐园、环球影城、美国国家公园、海边、博物馆...等等。让国际学生很轻松的体验美国生活。在美国节庆时，学校也会安排相关的庆祝活动，如万圣节、感恩节、圣诞节...等等。让学生能够体验更多的美国文化。

柔似密学院除了有各式的高品质英语课程之外，还有一群专业、热忱、有丰富经验教授国际学生的师资群。小班制的教学，让外籍教师更精确地掌握每位学生的学习状态。此外，在本校完成学术密集英语班 ( ESL )第五级( LEVEL 5 )的学生，RCE可推荐免托福直升社区学院。

柔似密学院除了拥有ACCET专业认证之外，柔似密学院也是美国ETS教育测验中心认可的多益( TOEIC )和电脑托福( iBT TOEFL )的考试中心，以及学术机构AAIEP的成員。
