Saint Cloud Asylum for the Criminally Insane (SCAC) is a home of healing and rehabilitation for the criminally insane. We have proudly and successfully nurtured the mental health of psychopathic behavior utilizing a range of scientific techniques. We are here to help and here to stay.

A successful technique we have used to maintain order within the asylum lies in maintaining a steady time period. With regard to the patients there is no communication with the outside world, therefore, no change in their culture. No evolution. Given the mindset of most of our patients, any change in environment can be the catalyst to mass hysteria. For that reason we maintain a timeline within the walls of the asylum as if it were the early 1900s.
