It has a very nice completely equipped kitchen ( including dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, blender, crock pot , juicer, pool glasses, etc..), full size washer & dryer, wireless high speed internet access, Cable TV in the living as well as both bedrooms ( living room has a new 37" LCD) , VCR in the living room and master bedroom, DVD player in the living room and 2nd bedroom and CD player/stereo, family and children movie collection, games, puzzles, 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella, answering machine, etc. There are 2 bedrooms (master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has 2 twin beds), 2 bathrooms and it sleeps 6. We have a Graco Pack n' Play and a high chair at the condo that you are welcome to use if you have a small child. We cannot allow pets or smoking.
