Saundra Shepard selling Real Estate in the Heart of Delaware County since 1988.
Expertise in Rose Valley, Wallingford, Swarthmore & Media!
I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1988, and specialize in the upper end of the market for homes located in the Heart of Delaware County, including the communities of Wallingford, Swarthmore, Rose Valley, Media and Upper Providence.
Because of my experience and expertise, I was selected to write the chapter on this area for a book being published this spring entitled, What to Know Before Buying or Selling a Home in Philadelphia.
My husband and I have lived in this area since 1977. It is where we raised our two sons. We have owned homes in Wallingford, Swarthmore and Rose Valley. I am a member of the Advisory Board of the Community Arts Center, located in Wallingford, and a trustee of the Foundation Board for the Crozer Keystone Health System. I also have been active on various committees in the community.
I grew up in Lexington, North Carolina and attended UNC Chapel Hill, and moved to Washington, DC in 1969. I was executive assistant to the President of the National Academy of Sciences and then worked on the White House staffs of both Presidents Nixon and Ford. My last job was a two year stint in the Curator’s Office, headed by Clement Conger, who was Curator of both the White House and the Diplomatic Reception Rooms at the Department of State.
I love selling houses and would enjoy helping make your move a success.
I hope that if you are considering buying or selling one in this area, you will give me a call!
