STORE POLICY--

General Order processing and Shipping Info-
Sew Southern Monograms accepts Paypal for all online orders and cash for Local customers. Be sure to always make sure that your shipping address is correct. Invoices will typically be sent out within 24 hours. If for any reason you have not received your invoice please notify me. Invoices that have been left unpaid past 48 hours will cancel and go to the next person in line. Orders will be processed and shipped out according to the order received. If you need a Rush order please email me and let me know in advance. Orders will typically be sent out USPS.

Returns--
Sew Southern Monograms wants to make sure all customers are 100% completely satisfied with their order. If for some reason you are not happy please let me know within 8 hours of receiving your order so we can make things right. All monogrammed items are non refundable unless their is a mistake on my part. All returns will receive an in store credit. Shipping will be non refundable at all times and the customer must pay for return shipping. Also, there will be no returns on any items that was purchased during a sale! No returns will be made after 14 days from the date of purchase, No Exceptions!
Please be sure to always check merchandise once you have received it. If you believe you have received a defective item please contact me within 24 hours.
