Concerned citizens of Sherwood, Oregon, working together to keep our city a special place to live.

The Sherwood Community Action Committee (SCAC) was formed by Sherwood citizens concerned with a potential corporate megastore being built in our town. Our purpose was to not only address that issue, but also the health, safety, and well-being of our community at-large, and to support our local businesses. Our focus is now on growing our town in a way that is beneficial to all citizens, while maintaining the small town, family-friendly atmosphere that is the hallmark of our town, and to continue to support and help local businesses to thrive.

We will focus on any issues that effect our community as a whole (safety, financial, educational, etc.) and welcome civil discourse with other community members.
