As your local Job Service Office, we offer a wide range of free services for the both the job seeker and business customers.

The Department of Labor and Industry’s Sidney Job Service Office is part of a state-wide system of workforce development partners that collaborate to provide customer focused employment and training opportunities that prepares, trains, and connects a highly skilled workforce to the business community striving to enhance and improve long term employment outcomes for job seekers and businesses in the Sidney community.

Mission: Develop and maintain a high quality workforce system for Montana that supports and enhances the economic health of the business community and provides a prepared workforce.

Veteran Services: Veterans receive priority of service on all services we offer. In addition we have resource manuals specific to the needs of veterans available.
WIA Adult: Income based educational and training program
WIA Dislocated Worker: Assistance for those that have been laid off due to lack of work or closure of a business.
