Boot Camp and other Fitness Programs
Silly Rock Boot Camp is the new and innovative way to get in shape while having fun. It is a form of group exercise that combines the use of body weight exercises with cardiovascular, interval and strength training. It is for all shapes, sizes, experienced and un-experienced individuals. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals during a 1 hour period of time. Boot Camp is a fun yet challenging way to get your body into shape, while having fun and meeting new people. We offer a motivational, cost-effective way to be physically fit. We are designed to motivate individuals to work hard to achieve their weight loss goals. Every day is a different more challenging workout. We do push-ups, squats, suspension training , burpees, lifting weights, sit-up’s, plyometric, jumping jacks, use kettle bells, stability balls, medicine/slam balls, run optical course and various types of intense explosive routines.
