Whether buying or selling a home, Skip’s talent and expertise helps clients obtain the coveted Palm Springs lifestyle.
Having worked in commercial real estate management and litigation law for a portion of his career, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Windermere family. Skip chose to enter the real estate field after hearing about his uncle’s career as a commercial property manager and in 2008, joined the well-known firm CBRE. During his tenure as property manager, he provided asset services to several large institutional clients throughout the Northeast, was awarded Tenant Coordinator of the year for the entire company in 2011, and achieved the prestigious RPA designation. As a former employee for the world’s largest commercial real estate services firm, he has experience managing downtown class-A office towers, suburban class-A office buildings, retail strip malls, and industrial shipping & manufacturing warehouses. His most recent management assignment included a suburban portfolio of 4-million sq. ft. (20+ buildings) of industrial property scattered around the greater Boston area. To augment his career in real estate, he also rented residential apartments nights and weekends in the high-end neighborhoods in downtown Boston.
Skip graduated with a B.A. in sociology from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL and attended the prestigious all-boys’ prep school, Boston College High School in Boston, MA. He is an avid sailor and enjoys cruising the California coastline when not at the office. He is heavily involved in volunteer activities, assisting the Desert AIDS Project with their community events and theCenter of Palm Springs with their outreach efforts. He has a sincere interest in sustainable practices amongst real estate properties and holds a LEED GA designation through the US Green Building Council.
While Skip still conducts business in commercial real estate, his primary focus has shifted toward residential real estate. His office is located in the heart of the desirable Uptown Design District, so please stop pop in and say hello anytime. It is his passion to assist clients on a personal level and he looks forward to meeting new people.
