Policies
We require a 25% deposit for reservations. If you cancel prior to 14 days before your reservation date, we will refund your deposit. If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation date or fail to show up, you will be charged one night’s stay plus tax, in addition to the deposit paid. The balance of your reservation is payable at check-in time. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Our checkout time is 11.00 a.m. Unless you have made special arrangements with the management, there will be a late check-out charge added to the room charges.
Sleepy Hollow Lodge is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
We are a non-smoking facility, if there is smoking in the cabin, a cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card.
Our cabins, kitchens and bathrooms are clean and neat when you check-in. We expect kitchens, utensils and dishes to be clean when you checkout, or a cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card. Excessively soiled or damaged cabin interiors will also cause cleaning and repair fees to be charged.
Linens, towels, kitchen utensils and all items in the cabins are provided for your use, comfort and pleasure. All are the property of Sleepy Hollow Lodge. Reported shortages will also be charged to individual guests after departure.
Within fifty miles travel we have truly world class flyfishing in Yellowstone National Park, Montana and Idaho. In Yellowstone we have the upper Madison, Firehole, Gibbon, Yellowstone, Lamar, Slough, and a host of lakes and smaller streams. In Montana we have the Madison and Gallatin rivers and Hebgen Lake. Idaho has the legendary Henrys Fork and Henrys Lake. All locations have an abundance of back country lakes and streams.
Flyfishing services include information on where-to-go and what-to-use, well stocked fly-tying bench, angling library, and guided fishing trips.
