The Smithville Music Festival is an annual event celebrating Texas music and featuring live performances under a canopy of old oak trees on the banks of the Colorado River in Smithville, Texas.

The 3rd Annual Smithville Music Festival is set for Saturday, Sept. 28th, 2013 in Riverbend Park. This year's theme is "Back to School Blues" and will feature headliner Michael Milligan and The Altar Boyz along with some of the best blues musicians in Texas!

The Smithville Music Festival benefits the Smithville Community Fund, the Association of Citizens for Education (ACE), and the Lost Pines Artisans Alliance―nonprofit organizations dedicated to providing educational and artistic opportunities to children in Smithville, Texas.
