Rest, relax and recuperate from the business of everyday life, while you enjoy your very own beach cottage in the idyllic town of Seabrook, Washington. The Snug is a beautifully furnished, three bedroom, 2.5 bath cottage that sits on the crest of the Mill District, overlooking the neighborhood and the Elk Creek Conservation area. The cottage is located near the Elk Creek trail head, which leads you through the woods and to the beach in under 15 minutes.

The first floor features an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, a custom built booth for enjoying meals, and a cozy living room with a gas-burning fireplace that can be enjoyed all year long. A master suite with a queen size bed and private bath are conveniently located on the main floor, as well as a powder room just off the living area.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with queen size beds and a shared bathroom. All three bedrooms feature Westin Heavenly® mattresses and luxury bedding, as well as plenty of closet and dresser space. Here's your opportunity to finish that book you've been meaning to read, enjoy free movies on Netflix, assemble a puzzle or play a game, maybe even take a long over-due nap with the sounds of the ocean in the distance.

When you're not at the beach, swimming at the pool or messing about town, you can enjoy the expansive front porch from the comfort of adirondack chairs or even cook a meal on the gas barbecue. The half covered porch allows you to stay dry on wet days, and the open deck is wonderful on sunny days or clear, starry nights, when you can gaze into the crisp night sky.

The back porch makes the house very accessible with few steps and a covered vestibule for keeping jackets and shoes dry and out of the way. This cottage allows for a maximum of two small dogs (under 25lbs each) and features a fenced dog yard just off the back porch. Additionally, there is an outdoor hot and cold water faucet for hosing off beach feet and sandy paws. Your visit to the Snug beach cottage will not be complete without a ride through Seabrook on the his and hers bikes stored in the easily accessible shed! Take advantage of all the amazing things that Seabrook has to offer year round! This cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 people, and is perfect for a small family, three couples, or a girls weekend retreat.

Please Note: Seabrook is burgeoning with growth and the property you are viewing is near an active construction site. The Seabrook Home Owners Association has set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work. Those hours are: 7:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday. Please call Seabrook Cottage Rentals if you have any questions or concerns.
