South Orange County Gem & Mineral Society (SOCGEMS)

Meetings are open to the public -- all are welcome! Refreshments are served and a drawing is held. Join us for the fun and bring a friend!

Our Society meets on the third Wednesday of each month, (except December), at 7:30 PM in the San Clemente Community Center, Multipurpose Room, 100 North Calle Seville in downtown San Clemente, CA near the library.

Membership Information: Members enjoy field trip insurance, a “Classified” web page to sell their club related items, ad space in a widely circulated newsletter, a network of club members that are eager and willing to share knowledge, helpful tips, skills and more all our very low annual dues as follows:

2011 Annual Dues:
$15.00 per person
$25.00 per couple
$25.00 per family

Dues for the following year are payable on October 1st of the current year.

New Members: Membership application is available at the club meetings. Additional one time initiation fee of $7.00 for badge and membership package. Cost is $5.00 for additional badges. Kids 12 and under are free and free badge, kids 13 and older pay additional $3.00 per child (for insurance) + $5 per name badge.
