At Spotlight Ballroom, we are committed to providing the best dancing experience possible. Whether you are a new dancer, or have been dancing for years, we have something for you. Our staff of instructors are looking forward to working with you to provide classes, private lessons, social dance and performance opportunities!

We feature two major showcases a year, over 40 class opportunities a week, a performance team, and four nights a week of social dancing for swing and ballroom dancers. We are home to Midtown Stomp and West Coast Swing University.

We try to offer a beginning class opportunity Monday through Saturday each week, so come see us this evening and we'll get you started on the path to having the time of your life on the dance floor.

Spotlight Ballroom has been teaching the Sacramento region to dance for over a decade. We strive to provide each student with a clear path to meeting their social dance, performance, or competition goals. For those who love the thrill of theater and being in front of an audience, we host two annual performances to showcase the talents of our students. If you love meeting new people while trying something new and exciting, we offer social dancing in different styles of dance four nights every week. Join us for Swing, Lindy Hop, West Coast Swing, Bachata and Ballroom social dances Wednesday through Saturday evenings.
