Stix Bat Co is the newest wood bat manufacture on the market. We are based in Thibodaux, LA. Stix Bat Co, LET IT FLY!!!
Kyle Suire’s love of the game is evident in his history as well as his bats. As a teenager, he was part of his high school’s first 4-A State Championship Team in 2004. From there, he went on to play Junior College ball at LSU-Eunice from 2004-2006, where he was a part of their Junior College World Series Championship Team in 2006. He finished his collegiate career in 2008, playing for the ULM Warhwaks. While at ULM, Kyle was a part of the 2008 Sun Belt Conference Championship Team and was selected in the 35th round by the New York Mets in the 2008 MLB Draft. Kyle went on to play for the Brooklyn Cyclones and was voted onto the Mets Organization’s Top 30 Prospects for 2009 before returning to his hometown in Louisiana as a local area scout for the Blue Jays organization and hitting and fielding instructor.
As a player, Suire continuously searched for the highest quality bat with top grade wood, but was never quite satisfied with what he found. He developed Stix Bat Company because he saw a hole in the market. He wanted to develop his own line to give players a bat that goes the distance – one made entirely of the highest quality wood with the best craftsmanship possible to hit longer and harder.
Every Stix bat is held to the highest standards and created by players, for players. Because of our love for the game, we take pride in every bat processed from beginning to end. We begin by selecting the best professional quality all-maple wood we can find and turning it into one of our painstakingly designed bat models. Every bat is bone rubbed for maximum hardness and durability. To top it off, each bat is hand-painted in the player’s choice colors. We guarantee that our bats will last longer, hit harder, and let it fly farther.
