Wanting to fill a need in Waterbury and Central Vermont by offering an establishment with an interesting eclectic selection of quality and affordable merchandise, the Stowe Street Emporium was opened in 1994.
On July 1st Stowe Street Emporium was sold to Kathy and Larry Murphy and their daughter Kate Ruggles. They are excited to keep the unique and assorted products while adding their own flare to the store. Now in it's 19th year, The Emporium will provide the same excellence and has become a destination for local consumers as well as visitors.
Looking forward to seeing all! Jack Carter will help with transition for a couple of weeks so stop by and wish Jack well in his next adventure.
