Student Support Services (SSS) is a federally funded project within the U.S. Department of Education's TRIO family of programs. The TRIO programs have been established to help students overcome class, social and cultural barriers to higher education. Suffolk is now one of approximately 900 colleges and universities nationwide that offers an SSS program for its students.
