Families and friends can make memories in a comfortable, private indoor or outdoor setting while enjoying the wonderful views of the swimming pool and lake. Swimming, sunning, relaxing and fishing are encouraged as weather permits. The boathouse is available to dock your water craft. Bring your rod & reel or pole and fish from the dock.
We only book a single group per visit to insure privacy during your weekend, weekday or extended stay.
The house features a large family/dining room next to the modern, fully equipped kitchen for our guests to create meals. The two bathrooms, three bedrooms and two sleep sofas can accommodate a group of ten comfortably.
This is a guesthouse with complimentary amenities. We can accommodate up to ten guests.
Our rates are as follows:
• 2 night minimum on weekends
• $325.00 plus tax for use of whole house, per night, maximum of 6 quests
• $25.00 plus tax per person/per night for quests 7 thru 10
• 10 guest maximum per night
• Deposit in the amount of one nights’ room rate and two nights for Christmas Festival weekend
• Cancellation prior to 14 days for full refund
• A 28 day cancellation notice is required for Christmas Festival weekend
