SMO is the only men, women and children long-term Christian Discipleship ministry in Sumter and surrounding areas.
Sumter Mission Outreach is the only Christian discipleship home in Sumter and the surrounding area that houses men, women and children. Our office is located at 510 West Oakland Avenue in Sumter, SC. Our phone number is (803) 305-1151. We currently administrate over two houses, the 510 House, and 13 Brown St. which provides a safe haven for residents who would otherwise be homeless. We offer members of the community a place to gather and fellowship during the day, a weekly food distribution, labor and services for the elderly and less fortunate.
Our primary goal is to share the love of Jesus Christ and to provide our residents with the life skills to reintegrate back into to society.
Weekly Opportunities - Open to anyone wishing to attend:
Monday through Friday we hold a morning and an evening Bible study at 510 West Oakland.
Friday afternoon are food distribution days.
Sundays at 6:00 p.m. at the 510 House, we hold a Worship Service.
