Swanton Pacific Railroad Society, a volunteer organization, operates an historic 1/3 scale steam railroad. We're open by appointment only; call for a tour.

Swanton Pacific Railroad is an operating railroad museum that features one-third scale steam locomotives from the 1915 San Francisco Panama-Pacific International Exposition.

We are open to the public by appointment only and reservation-based events.

The Swanton Pacific Railroad Society, a volunteer organization, maintains and operates the railroad and we welcome volunteers who want to learn from or mentor others. Swanton Pacific Ranch is located in Santa Cruz County and is owned by Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
