My father was a Master Pastry Chef/Baker who was learnt the art at one of the oldest pastry houses in Budapest, Hungary. He taught me the art of fine pastry and baking. Some of our recipes date back over a 100 years and were given to my father by the Master Pastry Chefs of Budapest and he, in turn, passed them down to me. These are the same recipes that are used in our creations.

All of our recipes are created from the finest of ingredients, with no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives.
