Publishing articles of significance to the legal community since 1949.
In its 64th year of publication, the Syracuse Law Review is a student-run organization that is dedicated to publishing academic articles that contribute to legal discourse. The Law Review publishes four issues in each volume, two of which are symposium issues, focusing on timely topics selected by our student editors. The fourth issue of every volume is our popular Survey of New York Law, which highlights changes in the law over the past year and serves as a helpful guide for practitioners. To ensure our authors' voices are heard, our publication process focuses on light editing. For more information, please visit our website at http://lawreview.syr.edu.
