Talk It Rock It is owned by Rachel Arntson, a speech-language pathologist, who works full-time in an early intervention program with Osseo Area Schools in Maple Grove, MN. Rachel co-founded Kids' Express Train and created all Kids' Express Train products. Talk It Rock It is the extension of that journey of creating practical products to enhance the speech and language skills of children.
