Tamarack is a small and friendly complex comprised of 8 one-bedroom units. Our apartments are perfect for students or others who are seeking a quiet and affordable living space. We are located just a block north of CWU, making the campus as well as Ellensburg's downtown area easily accessible.
Many of our units are newly renovated with new bathrooms, kitchens, and carpets. Amenities include free WiFi, off-street parking for one vehicle, dishwashers, on-site laundry services, and a small community lawn.
Units start at $615 per month with water, sewage, and garbage included. Rent is month-to-month, no long-term lease required. New tenants must be able to pay first and last month's rent as well as a refundable $200 security deposit upon move-in.
