This club gives St. Petersburg College students a way to learn how to write, interpret, and perform lyrics and poetry.

The purpose of this club is to give the students at St. Petersburg College a means of learning how to write, interpret, and perform lyrics and poetry in a variety of unique ways. The TSTC is dedicated to providing an enjoyable, stress-free environment to encourage writers and performers to further explore the craft and to engage new writers and performers in the art of language. The material covered in this club will indulge in the musical arts of rock, jazz, pop, country, folk, classical, and hip-hop/rap as well as the poetic arts of spoken word, sonnets, haikus, and others.
