Welcome to BASF Tarrytown Consumer Testing Center (TCTC). TCTC is a clinical and consumer testing facility for BASF Corporation, located in Tarrytown, Westchester County, New York. We provide testing services for cosmetics, personal care, skin care and home care products. Our testing facility was established to use current scientific knowledge and state-of-art technology to conduct studies on human volunteers to evaluate product benefits. We also conduct studies to evaluate consumer's sensory experience and perception of the products.
