Join us August 5, 2015 for Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce's Taste of Waterville, a full day of food and fun in the streets of downtown Waterville!

In 1992, a group of local business owners decided to showcase local restaurants by hosting an annual outdoor event in the heart of downtown Waterville, Maine. The event began as a formal outdoor dining experience and grew to include food vendors of all types. Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce now organizes and plans the Taste, which has grown to an event attended by people from all over the state of Maine and beyond.

The 2013 Taste of Greater Waterville will feature three different venues for participating restaurants, as well as a variety of vendors. The Bite features "fast" food served throughout the day. From 5-9PM, the A la Carte on Main Street will feature area restaurants serving some of their best-loved dishes. Finally, the Sit-Down will revisit the Taste's original format, bringing fine dining into the streets of downtown.
