Team4Tech works to improve education in developing countries by matching tech volunteers and solutions with impactful non-profit projects. In the past year, we have deployed 60 volunteers from 7 tech companies (including Intuit, VMware, Intel and Facebook) on 5 projects, benefitting over 10,000 students and teachers in 4 countries (Kenya, Tanzania, Vietnam and India). We guide the volunteers through approximately 16 hours of training and preparation in the two months leading up to the project, and we provide comprehensive project management for the two weeks in-country and through the project debrief upon return.
