The Alchemist Brewery is a 15 barrel, small production brewery specializing in fresh, unfiltered IPAs. We are currently focused on brewing one beer perfectly: Heady Topper, our flagship Double IPA.

The Cannery is no longer open to the public. We are working on opening a new retail location. More details however, are not available at this time.
