From a single painting done for a friend, to a whole series and a reminder that I used to love this! Before children, my life revolved around art, specifically drawing and painting. Well, we all know what happens when we start a family...
Three boys later, I am starting to take time for myself. Painting gives me that "me time". Time to think, relax and do something I really enjoy.
I have an art teaching degree though the University of Wisconsin Stout and have always enjoyed using oil as my medium of choice. However, as a stay at home mom I switched to acrylics, I faster drying, safer medium.
The BEAN Gallery offers acrylic on canvas paintings. As I create a work in my signature series, I will post it available and how it can be purchased.
