The Cardinal is our family house on Seabrook Island, SC, a resort island on the SC coast about 20 miles from Charleston. It is available for rentals.

The Cardinal is a casual comfortable Seabrook Island private home. Seabrook Island is a gated seaside community. The house is located on a large corner wooded lot on a quiet low traffic street in the middle of the island, close to all amenities. Amenity card is available.
The house sleeps 8 and features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms:
• Bedroom 1: Master King bed with bath suite
• Bedroom 2: 4 twin beds with bath suite
• Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds
Twin beds have king converters available.
The house is perfect for large families with its bedroom configuration.
Large deck in back provides outdoor relaxation space.
Fresh casual decor, invites relaxation.
There is a large high ceiling family room with 60" HDTV, also a living room, dining room, and office area. There is also a sun room with 48" HDTV with Chromecast and Blu-ray.

The house is centrally located on the island less than 2 miles from the front gate and the Equestrian Center and Racquet Club, about a mile from the Golf Club (Island House) and Beach Club. The Island has two main beach areas Pelican (Sunset) Beach and North Beach. The beaches are un-crowded and unspoiled. Beach rides on Horses are available.
The Island is perfect for bicycling with its low car speed limit, right of way regulations, and numerous bike racks.
The quiet location is good for families; the kids can play outside with little traffic and no flying golf balls to worry about.
