The Greater Waynesboro, PA Appalachian Trail Community

The Greater Waynesboro, PA Area was officially designated as an Appalachian Trail Community on April 26, 2014.

The Greater Waynesboro Area has committed to bringing awareness to the Appalachian Trail. Waynesboro, PA is located in south-central Pennsylvania (close to the Mason-Dixon line) approximately 60 miles from the Baltimore-Washington D.C. area and 130 miles from Philadelphia.
