The HSCSC is devoted to building local and regional capacity to respond to emergencies and public health events among our partners and volunteers.

The HSCSC is proud to house the Strafford County Citizen Corps. The mission of the Citizen Corps is to harness the power of every individual through education, training, and volunteer service to make communities safer, stronger, and better prepared to respond to the threats of terrorism, crime, public health issues, and disasters of all kinds.

In Strafford County the Citizen Corps includes avolunteer Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) and a volunteer Medical Reserve Corps (MRC).

HSCSC is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization serving Strafford County, NH.
