Located conviently in the Valdosta YMCA on Gornto road, Isgoshin-do is an Okinawa karate based self-defense form. our student family learns reality based personal growth and development skills inorder to defend, adapt and persevere. Our students are taught how to respond against physical, mental and social altercations as well as everyday life situations. We provide a positive, Christian, family oriented atmosphere.
Our goal is to motivate, prepare and equip our students to become better individuals who are self confident as they take pride in themselves, respecting others, and being a positive influence in society.
