The King Family Farm nestled in the forks of the Watagua and the Holston Rivers in North East Tennessee. Family owned and operated.

Brant grew up in Bristol, Va with one foot in Piney Flats, Tn. His great-grandparents, Ned and Bertha King were farmers who shared a love of community & agriculture. They worked hard to support their family by raising their food from the earth beneath their feet and sharing their trade with those around them. Brant grew up watching his great-grandparents, grandparents and parents thrive from the foundation of the King farm. Since the 1940's this land has been used to enhance the community's love of agriculture, horses and horticulture. After college and a career in North Carolina, Brant and Shelly with their two boys, decided it was time to come back home to the land where Brant learned his love of plants and animal husbandry. Frustrated with the direction industrial farming has gone, they decided it was their mission to engage in traditional and sustainable farming methods. King Family Farm is proud to share their love of heritage livestock, native plants and heirloom varietals. Like our page to stay current on the happenings here on the farm.
