Walcott, LLC, handles all Real Estate matters (Deeds, Commercial, Residential, and Condo Transactions, Contract drafting and negotiation, easements, Commercial & Boardwalk leases, licenses,) as well as Criminal Defense Matters (Traffic tickets, DUI, Drug possession, Underage Drinking, Disorderly Conduct, Disorderly Persons Offenses, Ordinance Violations).
Brandon worked at the Atlantic City based firm, Cooper Levenson Attorneys at Law, before opening his own law practice. Specifically, he worked in the Land Use Department, handling Site Plan applications for telecommunication towers, and Planning and Zoning board hearings. He was also asked to be a member, headed by Lloyd. D. Levenson, of Tony Mack's Legal Transition Team. As part of the Legal Transition Team, he recommended and published the Trenton Transition Report, chaired by Joe Jacobs.
Graduating Cum Laude, from Thomas. M. Cooley Law School, Brandon was an Honors Scholarship recipient, placed on the Deans list 8 out of 10 semesters and the Honor Roll 7 semesters. Brandon received a Certificate of Merit Award in each of the following classes: Art, Cultural Heritage & The Law, Secured Transactions, and Civil Procedure, by scoring highest on those final examinations. Requested by his professor, Dr. Philip Prygoski, Department Head of Constitutional Law, Brandon was responsible for the research and editing of Dr. Prygoski's book, "At the Schoolhouse Gate: 1st Amendment in Public Schools"
Brandon was born and raised in South Jersey. His family have been longtime owners of Goofy Golf, on the Ocean City boardwalk. He attended and graduated from Ocean City High school
