The Moravian Falls House of Prayer

"Surely the Lord is in the place and I did not know it; how feared and reverenced is this place! This is none other than the house of God." Gen 28:16-17

The Moravian Falls House of Prayer is a ministry located in the mountains of Moravian Falls, North Carolina. It is the outward expression of the Lord's desire for a Home here, one of the many Places in the world where He invites His children to meet with Him in friendship and intimacy.

God clearly spoke to us, " I will invite My children , and I will feed them." Because of this, the top of Prayer Mountain is set aside for the sole purpose of meeting privately with the Lord, receiving from Him, and partnering with Him in His purposes.

We have watched God faithfully do just as He promised. Those who are seeking Him are drawn from the nations to this hidden place...and find Him waiting.

Come be enfolded in His Love...

Moravian Falls House of Prayer is open to the public from sunrise to sunset year round for personal times of communing with the Lord. An area at the top of Prayer Mountain has been created for the use of those who come. We like to describe what we do here as "Heavenly Hospitality"--welcoming those He has invited and helping provide for their safety and comfort in the midst of this wooded mountain top.

We pray that those who are drawn here will find all that their hearts desire as they meet with the Lord in this quiet, set-apart mountaintop. He has promised that He would invite His children here and that He would feed them, so if you sense that you are being drawn to come, know that it is He who is beckoning you. It is His joy for you to come meet with Him and stay a while, loving Him and allowing Him to love you. He reveals His secrets to HIs friends as they wait in His Presence.
