Abudanza first opened in 2006 at the X in Springfield, MA. The business grew over the next four years and the owners realized that a larger facility was needed. In 2010, Abudanza moved to its current location, 2341 Boston Road, Wilbraham, MA (in the Wilbraham Shoppes), a building with larger seating capacity, a full bar and a banquet hall.
Owner, Chef Lou, graduated in 1993 from Johnson & Wales. He has over 20 years experience at restaurants and country clubs, Sheraton Hotel at Bradley, Federal Hill Club, Suffield Country Club and Frigo's.
Abudanza's dining room is open 7 days a week serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. We are a family oriented restaurant serving meals prepared with the finest ingredients at reasonable prices. We can accommodate any of your dietary needs, including offering gluten-free entrees. Our banquet hall is available for your next family gathering, social or business function. Catering services provided for both off-site and on-site functions.
