Structure
We are Therapeutic Associates Inc. (TAI); a physical therapist-owned and operated partnership of clinics. Our structure is unique and has contributed to our significant history and success. Each clinic director is a practicing PT and owner in their facility and is committed to providing you with the highest quality care and customer service available. All clinics share administrative services and many other resources that allow us to learn from each other and grow together. But, each clinic operates autonomously to best serve its staff, its neighborhood, and you.

Results
Over the years we have developed, refined, and continued to utilize practice management tools to guide and measure the effectiveness of our clinical care. Not only do all of our clinics use these tools, but many physical therapy facilities around the country use them too. Through our CareConnections Outcomes Program, we follow evidence-based treatment guidelines and track patient outcomes and satisfaction. Your results are important to us. We always challenge ourselves to do better.

Therapeutic Associates is a member of Northwest Rehab Alliance (NWRA). NWRA is a network of privately practicing therapy providers that share in the same standards of care and outcomes tracking. TAI is also actively involved in our state and national PT associations, with PT schools across the country and in local community groups. All of this further enhances our resources and our ability to better serve you.
