Jennifer Baum is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT) bringing to her classes over 200 hours of training and 1200 hours of teaching experience that spans 7 years. She has taught several styles of yoga including Hatha, Yin, Yoga for Fitness, Power Yoga and Therapeutic Yoga specializing in digestive ailments, finding her passion in the individualized programs in yoga therapeutic to help heal.
